Payments in the Oolala Design shop are made using a secure server to pay for your purchases
All pieces are handmade to order. Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours and items displayed online are a close representation.
Slight variations in the actual goods may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.
We aim to dispatch your order with 3 - 5 working days. Occasionally items may take slightly longer especially during busy times of the year.
All orders are sent out by 1st class post via Royal Mail. A standard shipping cost will be added to your order at the checkout.
UK orders would only take a couple of days to arrive. Overseas orders may take slightly longer to arrive so please allow 10-15 days.
Any duties and taxes charged at customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you would like your order to be trackable please contact us before ordering and we will adjust the postage cost for you.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days for the UK – 20 days for overseas orders please get in touch.
We hope you love your Oolala purchase. However, if you have any problems please let us know immediately.
We are happy to refund or replace unused items within 15 days of dispatch.
Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs and the customer must pay for return postage. Please note for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
